Congratulations to the Piggott families with the excellent lineup on quality young sires presented at their annual Piggott Droughtmaster Sale. The secound top priced Bull of the sale Aldinga Ballad was a son of the $65,000 Wingfield Bailey selling to the Fieldhouse Stud in WA for $13,000. In all 4 Bailey son's offered averaged $8875.

Minlacowie And Wingfield Droughtmasters purchased the top priced Bull of the sale,  Aldinga Bling for $22,000. Bling carries a double cross of Wingfield Boris, three crosses of Julien  and on the Dams side goes back to Royal Brisbane Show Champion Wingfield Pembroke. Bling has all of the atributes we look for in a Sire with great bone, tidy underline and excellent muscling. He is a very long Bull with excellent skin type and a great Sires outlook. We are very confident he will do a great job in our herd.
